Eric Trump

Eric Trump is an American Conservative Activist, Commentator and Businessman who serves as Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization. Eric Frederick Trump was born on January 6, 1984 in Manhattan, New York and raised by his loving parents Ivana Trump and President Donald J. Trump. Eric Trump attended the Trinity School and graduated from the Hill School, a college preparatory boarding school in Pennsylvania. Furthering his education, Eric Trump attended Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., Graduating with Honors, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics.

The Trump Family legacy of hard work and perseverance began with his Great Grandmother Elizabeth Christ Trump and his Grandfather Frederick Christ Trump, Sr., who started a Mother and Son partnership in home construction and sales; incorporating their real estate development company, ‘E. Trump & Son’ in 1927. Eric Trump also remembers spending summers in the Czech countryside near Prague, with his maternal Grandparents, Maria and Milos Zelnicek. Learning from, and growing up with, a legacy of such strong role models, from his Great Grandmother Elizabeth, to his Father, President Trump; Eric learned the true value of hard work at an early age. From mowing lawns to tagging along with his Father on construction sites, Eric decided while he was in High School that he loved the family business and wanted to become a part of it.

After graduating from the University, Eric Trump began his professional business career in 2006 with The Trump Organization, which was led by his Father, Donald J. Trump since 1971, and later changed its name in 1973. Despite having only been open for a little over two years, the hotel has already garnered tremendous accolades including being listed as one of the most luxurious hotels in the world by Forbes.

Eric is also responsible for the expansion and operation of Trump International Realty (TIR), the luxury brokerage division of The Trump Organization and global leader in high-end residential sales. Separately, Eric actively pursues independent business ventures and opportunities, including the Trump Winery, the largest vineyard on the East Coast of the United States and a leading manufacturer of award-winning wines, based in Charlottesville, VA. In 2013, Wine Enthusiast Magazine awarded Eric with its “Rising Star of the Year” Award, one of the most prestigious honors within the wine community.

Eric is a respected authority in the business sector and highly sought after speaker delivering key note addresses at many high profile real estate and business conferences worldwide. He appeared regularly as an advisor on NBC’s hit television series, “The Celebrity Apprentice.”

In addition to his love of real estate and passion for construction, Eric has worked tirelessly since the age of 21 to fight against pediatric cancer, donating over $30 million to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, including the funding of a state-of-the-art surgical ICU which opened in his name in February 2015.

In an article by ‘The Hill’ after Donald Trump won the 2016 Presidential Election, is was reported that, “President-elect Donald Trump is handing control of his business empire to his two adults sons and placing his assets into a trust in order to address conflict-of-interest concerns, ‘These are just some of the many documents I have signed turning over complete and total control to my sons,” Trump said at a news conference at Trump Tower in New York’.” Eric Trump and his brother Donald Trump, Jr. then became Directors of a Trust that holds the family business interests.
